RockYard ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Little Rock, based at Vryman's Erven, New Amsterdam, Berbice, Guyana. This policy explains what information we collect from users of littlerockyard.com and the RockYard app, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you create a profile or business page, we collect the name, handle, and any profile details you choose to provide (bio, banner, profile picture, links, contact details). If you go through blue-check verification, we collect the identity or registration documents needed to confirm who you are; these are used only for verification and are not publicly displayed. When you post reels, videos, pictures, or go live, we store that content along with basic metadata (upload time, views, watch time) needed to run the service and calculate creator earnings. When you make or receive a payment (creator earnings, Cinema subscriptions, advertising purchases), payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store your card or bank account numbers ourselves. We also collect standard technical data such as device type, IP address, and app usage logs to keep the service secure and working properly.
How we use information
We use your information to operate profiles and pages, run reels/live/streaming features, calculate and pay out creator earnings, process payments and subscriptions through Stripe, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and integrity of the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run RockYard, such as Stripe for payments and our hosting/streaming infrastructure providers, only as needed to provide the service. Public profile information (handle, bio, posts, follower counts) is visible to anyone who visits your page, as intended by the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
Children's privacy
RockYard is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created a profile, please contact us using the details below.
Data retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your profile is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and financial obligations (including records related to creator payouts).
Your rights
You can update or delete your profile information at any time from your account settings. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us at the email below.
Cookies
We use basic cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember preferences like theme. We do not use third-party advertising trackers beyond what's needed to serve RockYard's own in-platform advertising.
